I was looking over an earlier post, Back to the billiards table!, and felt I should share an update.
I did go out looking for a good billiards room while in Lawrenceville and enjoyed a nice lunch and a few racks at one place, but it just wasn't the same being in a strange place and not knowing anyone. Once back in north Georgia, we visited Chattanooga Billiards Club, my old stomping grounds, for some great pool, but again, it wasn't the same. I only knew a couple of people there.
The thought still crosses my mind often to visit again and maybe even join an APA League team, but it isn't a high priority right now.
